The apartment complex has four floors, permanent parking spaces and an outdoor storage room in the enclosed basement. The entrance to the building is chic, spacious, bright and luxuriously decorated. A void provides a visual connection between all floors.

Showcase Robuust

In collaboration with Mill home & Hodes, Robuust has developed two new informal care homes called Model Zaan ECO (Mill home) & Model Dintel (Hodes). These timber-frame houses use smart installation techniques and are particularly sustainable.

Showcase Tekenplein

For a unique project from the Municipality of Waadhoeke, they measured/scanned and modelled historical buildings from the centre of Franeker. The models were then placed in the existing 3D environment via the Innobrix platform.

Showcase Rozenvelden

Seventy new-build homes are being built in Goor. A project with a suitable housing type for starters to families and seniors.

Visitors to the project website can now easily select a home, view the corresponding information & put together the home in 3D.

Rochdale Showcase

To make it clear to Vlietstraat residents what they could expect from the renovations, Rochdale worked with Innobrix. This digital tool made it simple for residents to see what to expect from the renovations in a 3D environment.

Geberit Showcase
