By using Innobrix, you can transform your BIM model into an interactive, virtual home. This, in turn, allows the end purchaser to put together section of his / her future home, as well as viewing it from every angle. In other words; Innobrix brings your BIM model to their doorsteps. The full BIM integration allows you to convert the created BIM model back to a Revit accessible format. This technology will thereby reduce the chance of mistakes occurring, and make for a more fluent and efficient transition to the next phase, the realisation of the building.
The full BIM integration of Innobrix allows you to upload your BIM models. These can then be made available online in the home configurator, accessible from multiple devices, and can be shown in 3D to the home buyers. Consequently, these buyers are able to design and modify the models, save these changes and visualise them. Afterwards, the home builder can open the modified designs in Revit, creating a streamlined communication process between the builder and buyer of homes, with BIM models being the foundation of this communication. Your BIM model needs to be entered as an IFC file, which can be exported from Revit using our toolbar. This way, the BIM model is changed into a “tasveld”. This means all of the possible options made available are shown in different cells, using a grid system. This, in turn, optimises the transition from BIM model to Innobrix platform usage, and ensures the right option availabilities are shown in the home configurator. The Innobrix Revit add-in, developed in close collaboration with the Cadac Group, allows you to directly monitor the options in your tasveld.
Your BIM model will be visualised and made comprehensible for home buyers. The model can then be viewed in 3D, Virtual Reality, and even Augmented Reality using the home configurator.
Innobrix connects the home buyer to your BIM model. Due to this, 3D / virtual home creation becomes an accessible, cost-effective process with a reduction in failure costs and effort.
By visualising your BIM models, communication with the home buyer is improved. The 3D homes will be placed in a home document / wallet.
