Through a wonderful collaboration with KAW Architecten and BM van Houwelingen, the Nouvelle project has been created. In this existing neighbourhood in Dordrecht, 16 new owner-occupied houses will be offered, all of which will meet the requirements of this and future times!
The Nouvelle district in Dordrecht will be realised in an existing neighbourhood that will be completely redeveloped! The new homes to be developed within the existing neighbourhood can be found in the BM van Houwelingen showcase below!
To mimic the existing neighbourhood, massing has been used within Innobrix. The placed masses give future buyers a realistic view of the surroundings.
